I absolutely love this Salon. I have been coming since it opened. I have never had a bad experience, and very rarely wait- if I do, they are quick to bring you drinks, coffee ect and make sure you are comfortable. The music and decorations are always very nice too. I have seen many technicians but Kyle and Thu stand out. So friendly, talented and go above and beyond. 100% recommend.

I have been a customer of Milano Humble since around 2023. It is now my go-to nail salon. They always do a very good job and are patient with my indecisiveness when it comes to picking a color 🤣 but I am most especially very impressed with today! My nail tech, Chloe, did a very good job with my Valentines cat eye nails! I love it so much, it's actually my favorite nail design I've had so far! Thank you very much Chloe and Milano Humble!

I must say, they saw the review I had left. In that review I did say how hard they had tried to correct my nails. Well today they had me come back. The nail tech first smoothed out the nails, cause you could see all the imperfections an I had chips an color was faded. Well today my nails really look amazing!! But it was the customer service for me! Even if they hadn't corrected it i would have come back because of the effort they put in to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Jessie for your time an perfection!

First time here, I have absolutely NO regrets! When I say they have the BEST customer service, that’s honestly an understatement. The staff is super friendly, professional, and really on point. My tech made sure I was relaxed and enjoying every part of my experience. The drinks kept coming, you're allowed up to three complimentary drinks and the selection is great: margaritas, wine, mimosas, soft drinks, water, and more. I came in for a pedicure. I used to think Apple Nails was the best in north houston area, nope this is officially my new go-to. The ambiance is beautiful, and I really like that they offer a 7-day nail replacement or fix policy. I accidentally messed up a toe walking out, and they immediately corrected it with no hassle. Sofia did an amazing job! If you prefer a more intimate setting, they even offer smaller private rooms. I highly recommend this place. I’m so glad I came!

I recently went in for a refill on my nails and pedicure. It was wonderful to walk in without an appointment and be seated immediately! They are so accommodating and quick to get you a refreshment from a long list of options. Jessica did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. She asked if I wanted more pressure on my feet and calves during my massage and it was amazing. Chris did my refill on my nails. His attention to detail was refreshing. It didn’t feel like I was just another in and out customer. He did the absolute most beautiful set on my nails and I will definitely request him when I come back!
